Since shipping times are delayed due to the state of the current economy and the fact that the shipping is delayed, is plainly stated on the home page of the website; refunds will not be issued unless your product does not match your order or it is damages and you have photo evidence. All orders are placed and guaranteed to be shipped, just not in your specific time frame. My store cannot compete with your time frame, but with the time frame of the economy.
Being a small business it is very difficult at this time to give out refunds (unless your product absolutely does not match the image on my product page) or handle exchanges. Please check all measurements before placing an order. I will not refund money to anyone because an item was late! There will be a very rare case will I will refund or exchange because I have all five star items. Please think carefully before placing an order and make sure it is what you want.
